Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any phphjl service. By creating an account or placing a wager on phphjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and play on phphjl.
Each player is permitted one phphjl account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All phphjl bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse or exploitation will result in account suspension.
phphjl provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phphjl ("phphjl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phphjl website located at phphjl.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the phphjl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and use the phphjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phphjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.
To access real-money games on phphjl, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one phphjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. phphjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation where multi-accounting is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phphjl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phphjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phphjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phphjl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before enabling real-money play. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
phphjl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phphjl account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. phphjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. phphjl aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day.
phphjl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification. Withdrawals may also be delayed or declined where phphjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
All transactions on the phphjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phphjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
phphjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps as detailed in the individual promotion terms published on the phphjl Platform at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer games or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
phphjl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that phphjl determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit promotional offers. phphjl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
phphjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering will not be retroactively altered.
All games available on the phphjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor. phphjl's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phphjl's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive. phphjl's decision on all game-related disputes is final.
phphjl reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phphjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phphjl Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of phphjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phphjl content without the prior written consent of phphjl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phphjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phphjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phphjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phphjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phphjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phphjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phphjl.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phphjl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phphjl cannot guarantee absolute security.

phphjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or at phphjl's sole discretion for any other reason phphjl deems appropriate.
Upon termination for cause, phphjl may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your phphjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
phphjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phphjl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the phphjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phphjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit phphjl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
